Les gave up millions off the books to make some of those offseason acquisitions happen. I guess this is just balancing it out.

This trade reminds me a lot of the 04 move when we traded Jimmy Jackson for David Wesley. I was a bit surprised when we traded Jjax for Wesley but it turned out pretty good.

I really hope we can somehow land Mike Miller or Artest though.

At the end of the day,all of our stress and worry for us to be a better team is useless because at the end it's a business and business comes before anything else.

I didn't check the box score tonight, but when I was watching the Mavs @ Hornets game, Bo Jax hit 4 three pointers. He had 14+ points for the night. His shot still looked sweet like back in Sac-Town, but this was one of the only games I have seen of him lately so its not the greatest indicator of how he is doing.

    The Shock is subsiding.

But this trade by itself is tough to take as a Rocket fan.

I think the point is that many are viewing this - correctly - as a salary dump. And salary dump = evil owner. :)

That said, I think they're grossly overestimating the negative impact of losing Wells while gaining BJax.

    Difference:

David Wesley was quite healthy at least.

Carl Herrera, how long is it going to take you to start a thread with B.J. and Head in the title? I'm just curious.

So, are you saying Bobby Jackson will replace Wesley as Steve Francis' secret gay lover on this team?? :)

Thats actually a really good comparison, didn't think of that.

At the time of the trade...

    David Wesley 6'1 - 35 y/o 38% FG 35% 3PT

    Bobby Jackson 6'1 - 35 y/o 39% FG 36% 3PT

Watching the Archieved game of the Memphis game against the Clippers. Miller did not play because of a bad back ;) . The announcers said that the Grizz will not trade Miller as quoted by a Grizz insider. I still tried the Trade Machine and this is what I came up with if the Rockets intend of getting Miller.

This is one of the worst deals ever!!! Bonzi and James for a 35 years old undersized guard?!!!!
