    exactly my thoughts. i should have said something like this originally i guess, but whatever. i spoke out when i was angry, and **** will make sure i never hear the end of it. [IMG]

    after watching Yao for all these years and waiting for him to finally become that dominant center you always thought he would be, it's just confusing right now. sometimes he really does look strong and confident, but too often, he just seems nervous and out of place.

    can't really discuss any of this now though, there's too many posters on here continually keeping this thread a big "bashing" of meat. [IMG]

    Yao Ming is a big, soft, above average center who averages 22pts, 11rbs, 2.x blocks, and 50% shooting.
    Yah, so much for being an above average center

    So essentially what you're saying is that you were frustrated by Yao, so instead of:

    a)Venting safely in the anonymity of your living room (or wherever you watch the game);
    b)Throwing something around the room;
    c)Cursing the fates that you are a Rockets fan (and then celebrating madly once clutch shots are made) or
    d)All of the above:

    You get pissed, jump online, and create a thread on a Rockets board that you know will get you roasted like a rotisserie chicken? Bad move.

    I'll say this. There are times that every Rockets fan is frustrated by the team. I can understand where you're coming from. Any hard-core Rockets fan is living on an emotional rollercoaster. However, creating a thread like this is what you would call an inappropriate expression of your anger. Instead of doing something constructive, like punching a hole in the wall (j/k) you add to the hate and vitriol on a board which is already far too acrimonious and reactionary. I yell and vent sometimes too...but not in public.

    There should be a new rule here on the board..."Friends don't let friends post pissed off."

    hey man, that's what i get for typing during a game. i was trying to blurt out all my feelings at the time and somehow threw out words not only misspelled, but ones that make me seem like an idiot. I'll have to remember this day as a reminder of how important the lack of an edit button really is.

    D. Howard scored 8pts n 8 rebs yesterday so he should be traded for Rasheed Wallace or maybe even Brendon Haywood is better is Howard now!

    You are an idiot to bring race into the discussion. You are dumber than a sack of rocks. Look in the mirror and admit to yourself that you are more r****ded than a sack of monkey ****.

    just wondering.....have the chinese ninjas reached your house yet.
    no??? wow they usually don't take that long. don't worry they'll be there
    soon to ease your pain of having a "soft average center" in your team.

    hey, how are you doing.

    well... i think it's known that that is a fact, chinese believe anger is a weakness and that's a big reason Yao is more or less reluctant to become a dominant force. He lacks the emotion and adrenaline that comes from going through natural emotions such as anger, thus he continues to struggle with becoming his naturally passive, gentle self.

    good question though, well said. [IMG]

    You acted all tough in the opening post and keep calling our player soft left and right. And then you retracted and keep saying sorry for whatever stupid stuffs that you have said and keep using the gay emotionicons to hide your shame. What's up with it? Are you trying to prove that you are just a passively aggressive coward who can only act tough when you are overwhelmed with anger?
