I have to second you on this one. I thought the movie was enjoyable until 3/4 the way through. Then everything went wrong for me.
I don't know about controversial, but the crying game was really messed up. I don't even want to believe that something like that could happen to me. ekk It messed me up in the same way fatal attraction messed me up. They should have another rating for these shows. NFM, which stands for Not For Men!
So someone got f***ed in Ducking Fallas. What's controversial about that? Pocahontas. I mean, why does the British guy have to be a fat dude who is mean?
So does it get really bad? It has a good rating at Netflix and it's near the top of my queue. Am thinking of renting it as soon as there's a slow period in new dvd releases.
the crime of father amaro had the catholic church in uproar for a couple of months. The dreamers: I thought that it was very controversial film. It was the very first time I had seen eva green naked
Not the acting or anything like that. I don't want give it away and say exactly what part of it I didn't like (or should I say, made me go: "Aw hell nah man, WTF!"). It's a good movie nonetheless, so I'd recommend you watch it since you're already interested in it. Let me know what you think of it when you watch it!
Is it fair to assume that Johnny Got His Gun was controversial. I know the book was banned for many years.
