    I hope I can be more optimistic, but the way the Rockets played yesterday shows that the team still has some major weaknesses. RA is a good coach. His preparation before last night’s game probably helped us play well against the Kings in the first 3 quarters, but his inability to react quickly to what happened in the last quarter nearly cost us the game. We need to do much better if we want to beat those top teams in the West. After the next 10 games, I think our record will be better than Denver, but probably still tied with Golden State.

    I don't get why people think Denver is this great road team. They are 11-14 on the road. Most of those road games were played against weak competition.

    Last month, They lost 6 of 8 road games. Yeah, they don't have Nene and they still don't have him. That's not a good excuse to lose by 10-20pts. They did not win one single road game in January against an opponent with a winning record.

    @Phoenix lost by 22 pts
    @Charlotte lost by 3 pts
    @Atlanta lost by 11 pts
    @Lakers lost by 17 pts
    @Dallas lost by 5 pts
    @New Orleans by 24 pts

    They did get 2 road wins in January against the mighty Grizzlies and Timberwolves.

    You seem very optimistic. It's just optimism for the Nuggets. :)

    I don't think that Cleveland game is going to be easy. They had the Spurs in control for almost the whole game. Ginobili had to turn into MJ to prevent a loss. Now that they have Gooden back, they are very dangerous. They outrebounded the Spurs.

    me neither, it'll be tough with gooden back in the line up. but we also out-rebounded the spurs, and we are #4, with cavs #5 in rebounds. virtually the same rebound numbers, with a slight difference in the differential of team rebounds to opponents. we're like 3.82, they're 3.03. blah blah, but here's the deal: will gooden in the lineup make for a 20 rebound spread? cause when we spanked the cavs, it was 55 rebounds to their 35. :eek:

    Even with Gooden back, they're going to have trouble scoring against us. It probably won't be a blowout like we had back here in Houston, but we still have matchup advantages at just about every position on both ends of the court (except for LeBron on defense).
