It's hard to win when you make just 33% of your shots or go 6 minutes without scoring (see Rox almost blowing it) or when your opponent shoots 30 more free throws than you (Memphis shot 32, UH had 2 FT attempts!). Or when Zebras live in Memphis.

Oh well. If UH continues to play well in conference, they'll get their third crack at Memphis in the conference tourney.

wtf are you talking about? I missed last nights game because I was at the Rockets game so tonight when I watch it on my dvr I will make a judgement on that but the game at Hofheinz was not officiated poorly at all.

Were you even there? Did you watch it? Or are you just projecting?

I saw the game at Bennigans sport and I got to tell you, i was impressed they were going toe to toe the first half...Well, then the wheels came off and they couldn't hit anything...At times they look out of control and it shows...The FT stats are telling...that's total BS...

I dont' know why they didn't call a timeout a couple of minutes into the game...memphis is beatable and I think we can do it in the tourney...3rd times a charm...If they don't win the conf. tourney, its NIT...

I watched the game with a buddy at Lucky's Pub in old Chinatown. There were a lot of UH fans there and the game was shown on the 21-footer. Great place. The first half was a lot of fun to watch. The free-throw discrepancy was frustrating as hell, but the Coogs blew a lot of shots at the rim and were bad on the break. Toney had a nice game. Overall it was a good game against a team that was a lot bigger and stronger than Houston on their home court. Home cooking is undeniable when you look at 32-2.
