yes, i hate him that much to do the same.. but the guy can still play so i would say yes to bringing him on board, if that's at all possible
...that has to be the most childish thing I've read this month. I'd accept Stackhouse with open arms!
What would a buy - out cost NJ? If they can gain assets and save a big buy - out then why wouldn't they? And aren't there many teams in position to do so? I have to believe there are several.
how does the buyout work? it says he's due$6,750,000 this year. if the nets buy him out does that mean they dont pay him the full contract but it still counts towards their salary cap?
HELL YES Stackhouse would be the missing link for a championship. i've always said we needed a small foward that could hit the 3 as well as attack the basket. thats stackhouse's game -- shooting 3's and attacking the basket....ATTACKING THE BASKET. i dont think yall understand how important that is. The reason this team won't win a chip any time soon is because we have no guys who can consistently ATTACK the basket and get in the paint. with guys like t-mac and battier who NEVER attack the basket and rafer who bricks teardrops and floaters....Stackhouse would be a dream.
I just felt it is ridiculous for NJ to buy out the guy they just got and let the same guy goes back to Dallas. NBA should disallowed this. Morey must contact NJ for a trade with Stackhouse just to prevent Dallas from getting him back.
