hey.....this guy (slgtrnos786@sbcglobal.net) promised to buy my Hawks tickets and then backed out at the last second.... loooks like he is doing the same thing with you and the Blazers tickets.... he didn't even call me back to let me know...he made me hold them and then had his little sister call me to tell me that he can't go....
