If JVG didn't abandon Bonzi last season and let him play playoffs, Jazz will be blown out. That's why JVG lost the job. ;)

Loved the energy tonight especially by Bonzi.

Didn't brooks beat him in a shootout in the pre-season?

    this team is getting it.

once again, 5 GUYS IN DOUBLE FIGURES (and that does not include tmac).

once again, another great passing game -> 29 assists

we didn't shoot well (43.5%), but we're getting that balanced attack.

once again guys, when we play good teams, our focus will be better. the cavs are just no match for us.

Props to TMac for showing up, gutsy move, made a difference.

    Yao had a good game.

Bonzi was huge, was the difference.

Brooks can't hit anything now, what happened to his shot?

    Landry should have played more.

LeBron is really, really good: the Cavs aren't.

I wish the Rockets were in the Eastern conference.

tmac was VERY ill. he had no lift on his shots at all and couldn't handle the ball very well. i think tmac will start to play well very soon overall.

Tell me about it. If only we had sustained that good start from 6-1. We might have been leading the conference. right now I just hope we make the playoffs. Anything can happen once we're in :)

Yao said happy new year. How can't you understand that?

Brooks impressed people by his penetration and quickness, not his
shooting ability from the downtown. Kid, use your strength on the
    court.

Not really. I wonder why his shooting is not falling, he lost his spin move, his jump hook, his fade-away... it is getting pathetic.

Bonzi!! I was gona start a thread about it, but decided not to since it's only one game..I'm just glad he seems to be in the best shape as a Rocket, with his explosive dunks and rebounding and keen passing...let's hope he keeps this up...

Also Brooks 1-8, but he took a couple of 3s that really didn't count. One was at the end of the quarter and at least one (maybe 2) within the last 2 minutes when we were up by 10+..but still just having an off night like Tmac.

the cavs have beaten the celtics TWICE. they've beaten the suns, pistons, and some very good teams.

all i'm saying is whenever we face a good opponent, we will step our intensity up.

this team is different from last yr like i said - 29 assists, every game now has 4-5 ppl in double figures... this is a different team that can only get better.

Rookies tend to become overconfident when they play good for a few games.
Begining of 4th quarter, each player started shooting without waiting team mates to come to front court, which almost consumed all the leading margin. I like to see Adelman responded quick enough today, the game went back to the normal course and Inside-outside strategy was exercuted more consistently after the time-out.
