Well, I won't say very well. James was shooting over 50% but Shane is indeed the only one who can defend Lebron on our team.

They're not a great team with them, but tonight it's clear they would have been a lot better with them. Just look at the rebounds... Rockets 55, Cavs 35. 17-7 on the offensive glass.

    Ballgame.

bonzi was instant killa tonight . . and landry and scola did show mad aggresiveness . . but we needed battier to guard the unstoppable "king james" . . which i give mad props to battier for that . . and bonzi had a better offensive night today . . that's why.

Took 11 shots. 1 or 2 were what you would call bad shots that he should not have taken. Sure, he was kinda open on one of them, but it was an early 3 that wasnt needed.

Collins was dogging the shot selection, and one of those bad shots by McGrady was used as an example(Rafer took a bad one or two in the same stretch).

    Battier was the game MVP.

It was plainly obvious when, for a short stretch there in the 4th, he was on the bench and Bonzi had to guard LeBron. LeBron proceeded to take it to the hoop 3 straight times and pull the Cavs within 6 or 7 points. Battier comes in, the bleeding stops instantly and LeBron doesn't smell the paint for the rest of the game.

THAT was why we won by 15 points.

Shane did alright, but you could tell he was a lot slower. I'd say it had to do more with lebron forcing some shots near the end than anything.

As the UN-official last year/this year guy,

    Record now after 49 games:
    29-20
    last year
    31-18

    only 2 games worse.

last year battling for home court position. this year, good enough for
    9TH place ;)

    toughest year EVER

Well, I think Yao didnt answer the question related to Tmac quite well. He just said Tmac did contribute in the third quater, so basicially no mental stuff but only the performance.

Bonzi is the best player, RA should design more offensive schemes to involve him in. Bonzi will be the 1st offensive option in playoff if have.Tmac is in good mode now, don't get worse or better, sorry. :D

I'm glad they didn't let them catch up.Every win no matter how ugly counts.
Props to Tracy for playing tonight and Bonzi was terrific.Battier had a solid game all adding up to decreasing the pressure off Yao. As far as Brooks is concerned,he should drive and set players up around the basket and try to convert layups. This way he could also get some chances at the free throw line.

Kenny Smith offered up some criticism as well, but he backed off a little and said something like "Sometimes when you body isn't working right your mind isn't working right either."

Was that dunk Scola made his first one at Rox?

Man, Bonzi proved to be a great passer. It seems he can do anything he wants if he is good mood :D

Great team effort. Bonzi was very good today, but I agree with others who said that Battier was the team MVP tonight.

I missed the Scola dunk...anyone have it?
