Those TnT guys have a point, when we stop moving the ball in the fourth quarter. We got Yao and T-Mac who can create their own shots, but we don't have a playmaker on this team. Since Yao shoots solid most nights this team lives and dies with fourth quarter T-mac jump shots.
Those TNT guys have only talked about the Warriors, Lakers and the Suns, no mention of the game they just broadcasted hardly at all...I guess b/c Lebron lost
Yeah, thanks to Shane Battier they couldn't fellate on LeBron tonight, so they just decided to not talk about the game anymore and focus on Shaq and Webber instead.
When Brooks is in tha game, let him be a playmaker. We didnt set not one screen for Brooks tonte when he was in tha game, and he splits defenders better than anybody on tha team off of screens.
In THIS game, the problem wasnt lack of ball movement as much as it was a stretch during the middle of the 4th quarter shooting quick outside shots. They only forced it down to Yao a couple times, and had a couple turnovers with the play after Yao got it. Other than that, Yao was more decisive and did his thing quicker. Even on a broken play, the Rockets were swinging it after getting the Cavs out of position for the open look.
not true, they didnt talk about tha trade until tha fourth quarter. Craig said" i cant believe its taken me this long to ask you about this." that was in tha fourth quarter.
He was coming off of screens alot, though more as a shooter. His only make was off screens where he got an open 3.
I'm talking about the studio crew, not the announcers. I had no problem with the announcers tonight at all. I thought they did a great job. I was completely in agreement with the criticism of shot selection in the mid 4th quarter.
tmac is our playmaker. a playmaker does not always have to be a PG. barkley and kenny smith were players, but players sometimes don't know much about the game of basketball.
lebron's the best player in the L. nobody is seeing him right now, including kobe bryant. but tmac is our playmaker. he just was very sick tonight. but he contributed in other ways - 7 boards and 4 dimes. he just had no lift on his shot and couldn't handle the ball if his life depended on it tonight.
can't agree. you think he is a playmaker when team could easily win without his contribution? alston is more like a playmaker and his ability to direct traffic is decisive to win.
This was a dog of a game. Varejao and Gooden didn't play, Tracy was "sick" and LeBron was the only Cavs player that showed up. Quite frankly, the Cavs didn't try very hard but I'll take the win. As Rockets fans, we enjoyed this boring game more than anyone else. There wasn't much for the TNT guys to talk about after it was over.
