New Jersey is 7 games BELOW .500 and they are still in the 8th spot. The east is simply pathetic.

Are you really tearing your hair out? Do you pull it out in clumps, or do you pull them out one strand at a time? You know why I ask? BECAUSE READING YOUR INCESSANT WHINING IS LIKE HAVING *MY* HAIR PULLED OUT! They just f-ing won back-to-back games on the road! The beat Golden State, a nemesis, without McGrady. They are seven games over .500 for the first time all year! Yet....all. you. do. is. whine. Enough.

You shouldn't follow basketball. You should go to a nice home where they treat people with your condition. You can listen to soothing music, learn to paint watercolors and find a happy place in your life. The plus side for us is that we won't have to read your whining crap and the collective basketball IQ around here will increase.

And of the 3 teams closest to us, I can see only the Blazers slipping. The Warriors are going to keep in winning. The Nuggets are a question mark. If the Rockets are going to make the playoffs, they must seize it. Looking at Western Conference playoff standings just blows my mind.

The good news is from positions 1-10 it's only 6 games. Which when you think about it, thats pretty remarkable.
Normally by now there is generally 3 distinctive top teams with positions 4-6 with a little bit of a gap over 7 and 8.
This season is definitely going to be survivor of the fittest. And to be cliche the rockets just have to keep winning. Its just a pitty that the rockets dug a hole at the start of the season or we would be top 4 right now.

    Why Tmac is great today?

    1. jump selection good. so high percent FG.
    2. run more and drive to the rim.
    3. pass to find the open guy.
    4. Hits all his FT

    What I don't like:
    1. be doubled outside the 3 point line, so TO or useless pass.
    2. All his teammates' state lower??? Rater, Head, ...

    Win is great

We need a really truely run to get our playoff spots. So hard in west.

You mean, as a fan, you would like to trade yao to see Rocket wins, because you truly believe we could get better player(s) who will benefit us more in game.

And why this? Don't tell me that it was in terms of Yao' market value. That has nothing to do with the outcome of a game, and fans only care the wins as you have said.

Let me tell what I think. At this stage, I don't wanna trade either Yao or Tmac! It is because I still have my faith in them. It is because I think they are the best we can have now. It is because we don't have that much time for a couple of new all stars to adjust into this RA system and build confidence within the team.

as a YOF , i have no difficulty in admitting that yao had a common game including the game with pacers , is it that difficult ? hehe.

but please tell the truth ,dont exaggerate too much .in this game ,the chance
yao offend in the paint was less ,even touch the ball ,you can seach the boxscore,5/11,the whole game ,it is truth!turnover:3,IMO,at least 1 TO shouldnt ascribed to yao ,less turunover is good ,meanwhile it means less ball-handle,i dont know why ,maybe it is because T-MAC was on fire ,yao's touch wasnt good indeed!
it is fine with me because in the end ,Rockets WIN . yao's free throw was unpardonable ,2/5! it wasnt yao ,it was Hayes !
bogut ownd yao ?was it the truth ?10/20 means domination?even bogut got his 20 shoots !his points got mostly were be against Mutonbo and Landry when yao was on the bench for bogut's floppy, yao should totally buy for bogut's 10/20?

Yea thats the good thing. We can still get one of the top 3 spots if we pull off a big win streak, but it won't be no where near easy.

Yea the east sucks real bad. They shouldn't have 8 teams to go to the playoffs.

I read the first few pages but then just got tired of all the negativity i just wanted to post the following:

We won back 2 back games with a great team effort. I haven't seen the game but shooting over 50% and all the different players doing different things seems like a team victory. Rafer got almost 10 assists which is a good sign, T-mac shot selection seems good and Yao got on the boards. He's always in back 2 back games, at least i've heard, so i'm not worried. Please stop the negativity about not getting past the 1st round if we play like this etc. First we have to make the playoffs and stay on this run. I still believe one / two minor trade wouldn't hurt us so we can see if Yao & T-mac maybe can do it for us this year. There's no way either one will be traded, even though sometimes i think T-mac being traded wouldn't hurt us but we really NEED him. There's nothing more to it than this.

Great win, let's go Rockets !!

    Don't think so.

We are continue to win after he is back. But my concern is, we haven't been able to comfortablely and consistently beat the mediocre teams.

It is OK to loose to such team occasionally, but most games recently against them are close games, which is not a good sign.

Rox has to work it out, a long way to go.
