That this team won't get by anyone with a post presence in the playoffs without Chuck Hayes.

It actually translates to...Super Karate Monkey Death Car.

"But Jimmy has fancy plans... and pants to match."

Yes, "I got it" is a more accurate translation here than "I knew it".

They've said that we (who basically said what Yao said) don't know what we're talking about which means Yao doesn't know what he is talking about.

So it took the Rockets getting blown out game after game by the Suns and Warriors to realize they needed a new gameplan? Scola's ability to knock down the open J was a big part, but also they didn't try to force feed Yao every play! Entry passes were made within the flow of the game. They did go back to force feeding Yao for a period in the 4th and Ws were able to make their run.

Maybe something is lost in the translation or maybe Yao was on his way to KFC. :D

I second that ... and if I were to translate the phrase, the translation would be "it feels great to finally get the win". Yao didn't imply we won the game "comfortably and handsomely", but simply telling how he felt about the "win" itself, not the process.

Again, it's great work by Pryuen, but I understand it's a long article, he probably had to translate as fast as he could so we could all read it here. And as good as pryuen is, he couldn't possibly spend huge amount time to fine tune every sentence as we are doing now.

I guess Yao doesn't know somebody is translating his chinese words into english here. otherwise He would be more cautious.

Yeah, that is the word I do not know how to translate accurately. I might use "HIGH" (The feeling after someone have the drugs). But this chinese word is much more positive than that. ;)
