In the 2004-2005 season (a year of change) the Rockets were 24-21 after 45 games we are 25-20 today through 45 games

That season we won 51 games I expect atleast that many wins from this group so for all the folks saying "the rockets are going to miss the playoffs" I say not only are you crazy but they will be a top 5 seed

Yes, they were 24-21.... they also were 32-21 :)

Rockets have no choice but to blast off in February -- March and April are not as kind as this month.

this team can run the month if they don't take any nights off

True about March and April but everyone in the Western Conference is beating up on each other in those months.

In February, I wont be surprised if the Rockets go 13-0 or 12-1.

I would; that would be very remarkable for this team.

they are 5-1 since Mac came back with the only loss coming to a team we have issues with and we were playing without Yao

it's mental. the players know that feb is their best chance of regaining their footings in the playoffs seeding. so if they somehow managed to go for only 60% in feb, then its going to hurt their moral more than anything.

Well I can only recalled during the season where Sura was around, we had a 10-0 stretch and it was absolutely fantastic. I don't think we ever had
    10-0 stretch after that.

Wait was that the season we made the trades that turned us around? Because David Wesley isn't walking through that door. Jon Barry isn't walking through that door. You get the picture....

This was the same team that got crushed in game 7 by Dallas. Glad David Wesley or Jon Barry is not walking through the door. Good servicable players, but not starters.

Are you kidding? The Rockets are excellent at putting ends to losing streaks for poor Eastern Conference teams.
