THANK YOU. adelman proves the point. running the pick and roll is fine b/c he takes 2 guys to the PERIMETER.

it's our dumb role players when they play with tracy just staying outside and shoot 3s when the paint is wide open.

so when tracy sees that, what do u think goes on in his head?

"i take 2 guys out of the paint and y'all jack 3s? y'all can jack it if y'all are doubled like me *******, not when you're wide open and the lanes are there for the taking!"

There are things McGrady can do better with the offense. But one thing you can't blame him for is the frequency of PnR plays the Rockets run with him. PnR is a staple of almost any offense, including ours. It's probably been our most effective play. McGrady runs it better than anyone else on the team (which, admittedly, is not saying much), and that is why Adleman wants the team to run it so much when he is on the court.

I always thought he was going against the wishes of Adelman by always "calling his own number" out there. At least, thats the impression you get from all the "fitting into the system" complaints.

Adelman talking about finding others to take the reigns after T-Mac draws the double team.

That said, he'd better not stop passing the ball out of the double team after the pick and roll.

The man is playing injured, taking a back roll and admits it's Yao's team, says he's trying to get guys involved and only taking over when it's needed.

Sounds like he is doing everything right and is buying into the system. Can the hate now end?

    Nope. Guilty until proven Innocent.

And when you look thru the T-Mac hater glasses anytime he stands in one spot for more than 3 seconds, takes 2 dribbles in the same place, or doesn't break his back trying to get rebounds that are across the court they will scream "guilty!" Also, telling a team mate where to be, or how to improve will appear under those glasses to be him whining that they didnt do something to give him the ball or make him look good.
