Also, if you are sent to prison after one failed appeal (or if you choose not to appeal), the first time you default on a loan (30 day grace), and the first time your child(ren) is(are) removed from your care (again with one chance to appeal). Also, there should be a large reward for anyone that is voluntarily sterilized. Unless we start colonizing other planets, we are going to have to start getting the population in check on this one, might as well start with those who are willing and those who have proven themselves to be a burden.
