I couldn't help but hear the chants of Eddie! Eddie! Eddie! by the crowd. As I sat in my chair I couldn't help but wonder, is it possible that this 19 year old kid has become the Rockets fans most favorite player? Doesn't that title still belong to Steve? I love watching Steve but I have admit that Eddie is the one that I really want to watch. Is this just a case of Johny come lately or is Eddie really the favorite of player of Houston? I am almost sure I saw Eddie grin a little when the crowd started chanting his name. Man this is the most excited I have been about basketball in years and we only have 11 wins. Whats Up!?
Just so you know, the Eddie chant is started by the Rockets' promotional team in the upper deck. Props to them for trying to get the crowd into the game. I'd be interested to see what Eddie thinks of it.

I think everyone wants to see as much as they can of Eddie during his first season just to see how good he really is. Stevie is still favourite no question.
