I don't know you guy but I feel bad every time I hear this guys, they always talk crap about the rockets and nonsense even when they win and beat a good team, when they loose they make them look like the Knicks give no chance to the Rockets of making the playoff, wanting to trade everybody on the team for any player putting decent numbers in bad teams. But now I know why they do it, the answer is rating, is sad but this town have a looser mentality and a victim mentality, every time Houston win and beat a good team nobody call after the game, or just call and still b**** and complain and talk about the Battier, Rudy trade or trade T-Mac, Rafer sucks. But one they loose there is tons of calls. Its like ppl here have fun when they lose, Im sorry but anybody that have fun loosing is plain and simple a born looser, and in Houston the sports fans are one of the sorry fans in the entire country. What do you think guys, I'm to tough or is the reality and we have to live with this looser fans in other to be a Rocket fan? Are we that bad as a fan base? There is nothing we can do about it?
First of all, that show sucks. Listen to 1560. I feel bad everytime I hear things like that about the rockets too. Btw since we're talking about bad sports analysts. Did you guys hear Clyde call Novak a complete player? LOL. He did have a nice game though.
Clyde only sees one side of the ball, so of course he likes Novak! I didn't get to hear the Houston announcers.. so I have to wait patiently to get the dl version from R2K. I agree that I don't like the "monster of midday" show at all. Thankfully I can stream other stations. My suggestion is to do what Seven said listen to someone else.
totally agree, they jump on the Astros more than anything, but yea, they always talk crap then when they get any of the Rockets on the show, they kiss so much ass.... I listen to them because its better than listening Rome on the way to work

First of all 610 barely covers Rockets and second of all when they do its only for maybe 15 or 20 minutes at most and im not talking about play by play during the game or fan feed back after the games, speaking of fan feedback... yes even when we win close or blowout another team there are still ppl calling in and b****ing about how pathetic our management or coaching staff or a certain player is . After seeing Landry play so good in 4 or 5 games, hardly anyone called to compliment him instead they found many negatives around him and b****ed about it! I could go on forever but the point is we need to have positive mentality once in a while and point the good things that you see even though our season been a disaster our players need encouragement at home from their fans and it is our right as true Rockets fans to provide that and believe in them no matter what! you may noy realize it as a true fan but you are married to the Rockets just as how you are with your life partner or have a special someone in your life. ps. listen to 1560
the conversation lopez and the other guy had today would've been spot on about 3 weeks ago... but we're 9-3 in our last 12 which is by no means horrible. in fact, it's pretty damn good. it was hilarious listening to lopez completely downplay our great win in portland yet completely badmouth the team after losing to the jazz w/o yao (which he also completely downplayed). granted we played horrible in the 4th quarter last night, but this team has done pretty well recently all things considered.... but if you wouldn't know it by listening to the "monsters of the midday"

790 hates the Rockets period. Even this morning they were saying "how do we fix the Rockets?" after last night and going 10-4 in January with no Tmac or Yao in most games.
