Deke doesn't play cause he probably doesn't move well in this motion offense. Plus he has no shot.

Still Deke would give us some incredible rebounding and block up the lane.

Seriously though I dont think the Rockets are going to be championship contenders until they get a point guard and a pure shooter. Best thing would be a Pure shooting point guard! Mike Bibby!

The difference is that Rockets players is not getting open shots when Yao or McGrady is not in the game.

I wonder who infected Yao Ming.

Bet it was one of these girls at the club. :)

Maybe he isn't infected... but instead injured by his angry wife?

The Rockets FG % in the paint this year is virtually the same as last year. And last year the best pick and roll plays were with T-Mac/Howard, a jumpshooter who the Rockets greatly miss IMO.

The pick and roll offers some nice advantages, but it cannot be the mainstay.

Bron also has much better jumpshooting big men than T-mac does, and Bron is a much greater threat at going to the rim than T-Mac. Both factors make what the Cavs do a lot more dangerous. Not to mention the Cavs have had a ****ty offense the last few years.

It could be our best play, but shouldn't be our mainstay as it is too predictable and too easy to defend. It also stagnates the offense after a certain period of time because it had one player dominating the ball and little off ball movement.

Landry or Hayes is not tall enough to protect the rim. Why not put Deke in for a try?
