tmac talked to adelman before this game and this might be the last game. but it's not for certain yet. maybe they will keep doing this b/c tmac has played the entire 2nd and 4th quarters -> he's been able to close quarters pretty well b/c he doesn't have to expend his energy to start out games.

but the downside, our starts have been poor. but hopefully scola will start from now on to negate that (see 3rd quarter)

I don't think thats what he was trying to do, he just pointed out that Tracy was being a leader. Becasue most people on this board says Tracy can't lead well he did it tonight.

hahha...just so happy we beat them in a really dramatic fashion.

we will meet them two times more , both matches will be during late season....and both games will DEFINITELY have playoff implications...

i sincerely hope we can play D like we did today and sweep the series against Portland this season.

Just getting back from the game! 10 rows behind the Rockets bench, and I have to say that T-Mac attacked the basket relentlessly tonight. If he got into the paint he either went for the layup or dished it out to a teammate for an easy basket. Outstanding win for the Rockets as a team. T-Mac and Yao didn't have to do all the work. Once again, great team win! Go Rox!

P.S. The Refs blew donkey balls!

YES! WE WON .. After first half and behind 8, I thought we are done but then
our rookies were amazing especially Landry. I like Scola hustle and what can I say about Landry, he is just unbelievably impressive. But AB is still nervous and lack of confidence in shooting.

You know you're about Hayes he does play hard with all heart, and I love the dude for that. But the truth of the matter is that hes not a good player he sucks at almost everything. I don't know why hes still starting but he won't be for long. I'm not trying to bash him either I'm just telling it how it is. Just think about this for a second do you think Hayes would start for any other team in the NBA?

Unlike last game, the defense was good tonight and won this game. I am glad T-Mac played smarter and didn't take much shots as he usually did although I don't mind he takes 15-20 shots if his shots were falling. He could take less shot tonight to secure the win early. Yao didn't get his offense. Adelman has been really good. The turnovers tonight almost killed us.

hmmm. held blazers to 29 points in the second half...
i'd say we were at least playing pretty good defense.
and in the clutch, we just took the game.
i wouldn't say it was a horrible game...

it was like TMac was about to take over the game, but he didn't have to.
He still dictated the game in the 4th especially...

Hayes has started because with TMac and Yao, Hayes is an excellent compliment, doesn't need shots etc.

Playing TMac and Yao separately which is alot of what happened tonight, Hayes doesn't fit as well. but he is still a solid player, obviously stronger on the defensive end of the ball.

And the point is starting doesn't mean much, its about minutes played. whether he starts or comes off the bench, when Hayes is in the game I'm happy. C'mon, Hayes, Scola, Battier they all are fierce. Now add Landry to the mix - and I like our team. Its like we always have some fierce on the court now a days. Hayes can be and is a part of that.
