I'll say this about McGrady. Good game. I kind of like how when players shoot poorly (5-14) but you can't really tell. Who would have guessed. He took good shots, so it's easier to accept. Boy, that would have been nice if he had of thrown down that lob from Brooks. I am the most pro-mcgrady fan on this board (anyone wanna try me? lol) but I never thought, that although he said he just has to put the injury out of his mind, that he would actually do it. Look at him out there. What knee injury????? lol. gg rox.

I would say T-Mac controlled the 4th qtr. Making him the 6th is again a very wise move.

Actually it turns out to be a wise decision. Yao has not located his shooting aim all through the three quaters, and he has been targeting as the first priority for Portland offense. Honestly, Yao-based offense today did not run smoothly, so in order to avoid possible turnover and another soft comebacked, RA makes a brave move to combine our three rookies together.

Anyway, Yao has contributed huge to this win. First he forces Portland to run an offense that tailed for dealing with Yao only which might not be a familiar one to execute. More importantly, he cause considerable damage to Portland's big guys, also controlled the boards by assistance from Landry :)

I appreciate T-mac's role in this team very much, thx 2 u t-mac, this game I think he is the key to our win. At the first time since his return, he almost did everything the team needed at the most appropriate time, and he blends in the offense way better than the previous three games, as the sign that he starts to pass the ball to other G instead of sticking on it, also he got opportunity for open shot. His big three really bring us the win. Thx, great job!

No better word to describe Landry, I love this young man!

What a amazing dribble skill and speed for Brooks!!! After he pass the defense line, he rightly holds the ball back and find T-mac's hand. Amazing maturity too! Scola's effort on every ball is also great, the first half's fake turn and shoot is interesting to watch, to see how many weapon are inside this guy.

Rock and Roll, Rox!!!! Great Win for the whole season :)

I didn't expect the rookies to guide us to a win despite their talent level. It shows what determination and hard work can do. I never thought we could win with sub-par performances from Yao and Tracy. When we had our customary slow start with 11-23 I thought we would be defeated badly.

Who knows we might develop an identity after all. I would be surprised if we make it to the playoffs, but wins like this despite all the ugliness gives me some hope.

hayes will still contribute. still a huge hayes fan - but, yes, scola and landry - wow. scola landry and battier on the court together are just fierce. mix that with AB's speed and TMac - that closing unit was im-press-ive.

I just feel so excited right now, and I cant help posting something right after this huge win for my team, ya, thatz what I am saying, MY TEAM, very proud.

They proved that they can stay in and win when the game is down the stretch which they just cant do before.

hehe i can still hear the upset yelling from the Portland fans from the game vedio, but it sounds so good to me, ya, my Rox beat your blazers, u suckers, haha.

T-mac was 5 for 14, with 15 pts which is just mediocre performence, Yao was 2 for 8 with 11 pts b/c of the foul trouble, even worse. but so what, we won the game, we played some solid defense and good basketball, everyone involved and huge contribution from three rookies in the fourth quater, Carl, Luis, and Aron, love you guys so much. every one knows that Portland get some good young players, but we get ours too.

since T-mac's return, Rox has win four in row, including today's one and the one over Spurs. hope this is the beginning of the rest of the season. We still have A very very good to chance to make the playoffs, so, guys come on. I have faith in you, and I am just one of all the Rox fans, we all have faith in you. Keep rollin'

hehe, writing this helped me calm down a little bit, but still feel so great.

Yes, indeed, you can find ways to attibute every piece of the win to T-mac. :(

It is our rookies other than our veteran to close the win for us, come on, stop just value them as chewing gum and roles... they are stars today!

Good win. When Yao plays against a guy like pryzbilla, he should dominate the defensive rebs and the paint. He had bad night, but the rox won anyway. Yao will be ready next game for sure.

As long as we win, who cares? We have to have some flexibility. A player at Yao's level doesn't need to count his rebounds, points and minutes.
Tonight Yao had foul trouble, we went small and we won. It's that simple.
BTW, I'm a YF, sometimes YOF.

Nevertheless what he said was true.

This is Portland's 4th loss at home this season, I think they haden't lost there since ages !

After that last play of the game, we can safely say that James Jones is a loser. Pathetic.

I'm so happy, it's 7 in the morning here I've been up all night and I'm not tired yet. Thank you Rockets for a great game once again, it feels real good.

Take a look according to TIME PLAYED instead of STARTERS v BENCH.
Our main players timewise for this game were as it should be:

    AB 28:00
    TMac 35:39
    Battier 35:16
    Scola 32:28
    Yao 28:03

    1st sub: Landry 23:28
    2nd sub: Rafer 20:00
    3rd sub: Head 17:05
    4th sub: Bonzi 13:02
    5th sub: Hayes 6:59

and should Hayes get more time, or should be put Deke in, Novak, Snyder, Franchise, Mike James -- honestly, I love our team. Its our time...
