Although this was HUGE game, the game Sunday is even bigger going up against the team that eliminated us last year, and a proven contender (that is playing poorly right now, thank God) plus we have NEVER been 5 games above .500 this year. However, if we win, it will be 5 games won in a row, which we have done thus far this year. Let's go!!

Great game by the rookies! I'm glad to see Scola hitting his shots when they counted the most. AB is lightning quick and should run the offense more. Landry put up another solid game.

Yao had a decent game but was in foul trouble.

Tmac made a difference this game, but I still don't like him handing the ball so much.

Won a game in JVG way. But RA deserves credit for playing 3 rookies in crutch time. :D

TMac is more talented than people thought. He doesn't have to pull the jumper all the time.

Lets not forget TMac. Honestly, I see this as a great game for TMac who was a huge reason for the victory. TMac played the Rafer part of the AB Rafer duo that was working so well of late. And TMac is a nice upgrade on Rafer to close out games.

Oh, and I love TMac coming off the bench. 6th man of the year.

yeah, their scoring is all wacked out. I remember it was 79-73 rockets and landry made a layup plus foul and they gave portland the 2 points at first. they fixed it, of course. JVG is NOT happy, lol. he would have had the exact same team, except bonzi probably would have left (and some would argue that would have benefited us at this point). however, we can only speculate as to what JVG would have accomplished with this roster. it would be interesting to find out. i can't be the only one that is curious.

Good job at the free throw line today. It seems pretty fair for this thing, you put time on the line to practice, you hit more in the game.

Free throw is so important because it can not only get you extra freebies, sometimes it can also destroy opponent's confidence. Let's say a center is dominating offensively in the middle. If it were Shaq, the opponent would just foul him and put him on the line so that he would miss one or both of them. But if it were Yao, more likely Yao would make both and leave the opponent no way out of frustration.

Nice win, nobody get more than 15pts but we still win a very good team. Good team work :D

The lineup of T-Mac/Brooks/Battier/Landry/Scola does an excellent job once more. That was also the same lineup that flourished during the second half of the Spurs game.

I was really impressed by Scola. He wasn't having that good of an outside shooting game, but when the team needed it at the end, he digs deep and gets the job done, hitting two clutch shots and drawing a foul while shooting.

Brooks looked a bit tentative with his shot and seemed to hold back instead of attacking the basket. He looks like he's still trying to figure out how to play next to McGrady instead of just relying on his speed. He looked good on defense, though.

if we can win these next 2 games, we could be in for a LONG winning streak.

c'mon, let's see that growth from a good/pretender to a true great contender.
