He obviously hates the rockets...another reason he might not love Yao is b/c he doesn't really like his game. I mean i guess i can understand where he is coming from...Yao doesnt do anything jaw dropping..his whole game is non athletic...while he probably likes Yi b/c he is a 7foot and pretty damn athletic.. can you think of anybody who charles loved that was not athletic?
Duncan? Duncan isn't exactly known for being a high flier or an athletic phenom. Also I think Yao is very athletic, just in different ways. He does things that most of the human population can't do as well, if at all. Just he's so big and takes such big strides you really don't appreciate how quick he is for his size. It's sort of like Mario Elie and his enormous strides when he'd drive down the court for a fast break. You really don't appreciate how much ground he covers. Also when Snapper Jones was doing the telecast talking about Yao's training regimen I was pretty astounded to hear about it. The man walks on a balance beam with two 75 lb. dumb bells in each hand and does squats. I can only imagine what else he does thats pretty extreme to keep himself in shape.

camby is athletic shaq not at this age but in his hey dey was extremely athletic for his size which made him so tough to guard. tim duncan isnt as athletic as a KG or Amare but he is no stiff either he just is calm and consistent sort of like the tortoise. Thunder Dan was athletic too

Chuck's got some beef against the Rockets because we didn't give him a ring (honestly he should blame Quitten than the Rockets organization). He didn't have anything good to say about the Rockets even before Yao came here. I remember that during Dreams's last year here, when Dream had a good game and the Rockets won and they showed the highlight on TNT, the only comment Barkley had was after an Hakeem layup: "he would have dunked that five years ago".
