I remember when Kobe Briant cried when lost a game in the finals couple of years back, and who wouldn't want Kobe on his team???
That's tears of frustration and it is indication of a very strong will to win and stay on court. I would say HE HAS THE HEART and when he fouled out, he showed his heart.
joke ----------- Dei's head The truth is Landry is a man's man. His tears were actually drops of beer. And stout beer, not that wussy light beer.
I'd much rather see Carl Landry crying after fouling out of a hard fought game than Clyde Drexler with a huge grin on his face after being eliminated from the playoffs in his last game ever.
Would it cause me to be banned if I start a thread titled: "If Carl Landry was a girl, would you hit it?" I know I would.
As a Purdue Alumni that graduated the same year as Carl, I actually met him in a computer lab checking out Nbadraft.net last spring. Dude was a total humble person. I said "hey man are you getting drafted?" he goes "hopefully". We had a small talk and I wished him the best of luck. At Purdue [football school] the basketball players don't get that much recognition especially since he only played 2 years here so it's not like he was a rock star that everyone knew, maybe that's why he's down to earth. It's great to see him get some respect that he deserves. From watching him for 2 years at Purdue, he definitely shoots a high percentage near the rim and has an array of moves, the thing was Carl is 6'8 [tallest on the team] so EVERY game he went against guys taller than him. Here's the HL of the match against Florida: http://youtube.com/watch?v=yKAfvT8uDfI
