This is my kitten, Hickory Belle. She's a bit over 9 months of age and is VERY loving, smart, snggly, and affectionate. I love her sooo much! Here is the first-ever photo taken (I believe) the night (or the night after,) I got her, at 11 weeks: On "vacation" at a friend's house in June: I'll share a few more pictures when I can. BattiersBaby.
No, I want one that won't LEECH off me like all the other cats in my life. I'm not a cat person in the first place because of their crappy personalities. I want one I can cuddle with. You just want every cat you see.
You need one of your very own from when they are a kitten. mine is a total lap cat (or top of the computer cat so I can type) and is very cuddly, but only with me. He was cuddly with one guy I knew in college but other than that one exception he hates everyone but me.
We came home one day and found this: Which is the reason we changed containers for our cat food. From left to right, we have Leon, Phoebe, Max, and Ophelia.
I've never had more than 2 cats and a dog at the same time. My stepmom has 3 dogs, all miniature schnauzers. It's nice for them to have company to play with when you're not home. But I can't really imagine having more than 2 at any one time.
More photos of my kitten, Hickory Belle: Around Christmas Time. All bundled up after her first bath in the tub. Cola snoozing... (Hickory Belle's older "Sissy"... even though they are not biologically related. ) BattiersBaby.
You've met the wrong cats. Before I moved out and took one with me, my parent's house had 7 cats in it. Except for 1 that doesn't like to be picked up, they all had awesome personalities and would crawl/lick/sleep on everybody, even guests. Even the one that doesn't like to be picked up would lick your hair while you watched TV.
