Wasn't he a second round pick? If so, you should be happy he made the team, that's better than a lot of 2nd rounders in the NBA.

He cost the ROX a first round pick, so he should have first round pick expectations. I think he can be a good player, but not at the SF in Rudy's offense. He is too much like Pippen and Shandon. His strengths are defense, rebounding, and playing around the basket. We need a three point shooter in this offense. That is why I liked the Rice pickup, before the knee injury. I wish we had kept the Bull. If we could pick up Dunleavy in the draft I would be stoked. Maybe it is a confidence issue for TMo, but then his 3pt% at Maryland from the college three sucked as well. Maybe he is not as good as some people think. I would have been a lot happier if we had picked up Loren Woods instead. Just my 2 cents.

At least wait till the All-Star break before you proclaim a rookie a bust.

I agree with Puedlfor that it is way to early to label anyone a bust. Take a look at Griffin, some here already labeled him a bust before he even got to start, now they think he's a superstar (wow how quickly opinions change). Seriously though, sometimes it takes 2 to 3 years to know.

    Cato
    Langhi
    Collier

(Even though i actually like Cato as a back up center and not 4 as much money)

Tmo is not a bust, 1st he's still young. Also, he has great post up moves and defense ability. If he is a hardworker then all summer long he will work on his shot. If his shot gets better, he'll be starting 4 a long time.

Anyone sharing the same name as I sure ain't going to be proclaimed as a bust....

At Least not till 3/4 the season has passed. I don't see TMo getting minutes anytime soon though.

Its all about confidence man. He has a smooth release, once he gets confidence, he will be all right.

Hydra, I too wish the Rockets could have gotten Woods, but I still think it was some kind of conspiracy to leave Woods for the Timberwolves for the harsh punishment after the whole Joe Smith fiasco...
