    ...Danny Manning?

Anybody else think the guy's done? Maybe he'll bounce back like Penny, but for every Hardaway there's a Walton, Bowie, Manning, etc....

It's unfortunate, but it seems like after missing nearly two full seasons, that ankle may never be right again. Who knows, stranger things have happened.

It's sad, because Hill had a lot more basketball in him, as he was in his prime. Orlando, their fans, and their staff has to be upset as well....their investment may go belly up.

I love Hill and hope he is able to come back.

Anyways if Orlando is lookin to trade him, then I have no problem giving em Cato. :D

    We've already been through this.

Danny Manning could not even hold a candle to Grant Hill. Refer back to the other thread where I even went through this.

If he doesn't come back, he was the most dominant player (other than MJ) in the NBA for 6 years. If he does, he's the great player he always was.

If he wasn't, who was? You can make a case for a few players - Hakeem offhand - but few come close to dominating opponents like Hill did. Had the Pistons had more talent, they would've contended for a title. Can't do much when you are the only one out there - see MJ early in his career.
