    I just bought a SuperDisk LS-240.

I've installed it, but I can't get it to work. I know it has power, because I hear stuff happening when I put a disk in it.

It's hooked up via a USB cable, and it's the only such addition my computer has.

I bought it as a storage creater. It has 240 MB disks, and can format a regular 1.44 MB floppy to hold 32 MBs. I just thought that would make all my obsolete floppies laying around, useful again.

Anyway, if anyone has a SuperDisk, or knows anything about them, or just might be able to help me out a little, let me know.

What OS? When you first plugged in the device did you get a little popup box?

    I'm running Windows ME.

Nothing popped up when I first plugged it in. It was recommendec that I plug it in while the computer was off.

I did go through the whole setup process off of the accompanying CD.

Is it possible that I'm missing some USB or some other driver?

    outlaw,

As usual, you hit it on the head.

I just got out of a "Tech Support" chat room (the same one that helped me get back on the internet) and they told me that my USB ports might be "disabled". I just did a quick "enable" in the set up and all is well.

    Thanks for your help guys.
