LOL, Finland probly has the worst basket league in the world, even I can play there, haha. Like last year they hired Rodman to show up and shot some threes, now they got Pippen, I didnt even bother to watch it on tv, what a joke.

I didnt know Scotty is that broke, man how he lost all his money? He came all the way to play with some amatures for 100 000Euros.

We should have him dance for nickels on the court during halftime at Rocket's games.

oh come on now. give him a break. at least, he didn't waste his money on drugs and gambling like some other professional athletes. he just made bad investment and choice of financial adviser. at least he tried.

I'm just wondering how a teammate of Michael Jordan could not invest in Michael Jordan. I mean, talk about black and white. Pippen shoulda just put all his money into Nike--he'd be pretty rich if he did. $27 million... damn... that sucks..

I just read today that there are some talks about getting Michael Jordan over here (Sweden) to play with Pippen. Apparently the swedish team that Pippen is playing for has been contacted bye people who represents Jordan.

Pippen earned about 7 $ dollar per second in the first game he played!

    Just a quick calculation:

    5 million dollar in debt / 7 dollars earned per second of playing = $5,000,000 / $7 per second = $50 x 10^5 / $7.0 x 10^0 per sec. =~ 7.143 x 10^5 seconds

So, he needs to play about 714300 seconds to pay back his debt. How many 40 minute games is that you ask? (Let's pretend that a Finnish basketball game is 40 minutes long for the sake of simplicity)

    7.143 x 10^5 seconds / 60 seconds per minute = 71.34 x 10^4 / 6.0 x 10^1 secs. per minutes =~ 11.89 x 10^3 minutes

    118.9 x 10^2 minutes / 4.0 x 10^1 minutes per game = 29.725 x 10^1 games

So, he needs to play in about 300 games to make up his debt.

Anyone care to check my math?

I didnt count it correctly. Pippen earned more then 15.35 dollar per minute!

In swedish crones he earned about 300000 kronor for the hole game and thats about 100 kronor per second and 7500 kronor per minute.

one us dollar is 6.54 swedish kronor
