    I really like this blog. Above is a listing of posts this year pertaining to NBA. If you click the older link, there's some Rockets stuff as well. They highlight certain offensive or defensive sets, and break down the X's and O's of it.

    Lost of interesting info in the forums as well.

    I check that out every once in a while.. they have a lot of stuff about Van Gundy's defense if I recall correctly.

    He would have been great under Adelman's system.....but alas he chose to leave, and we have Brooks...and Scola....which is pretty danged good too.
