How great was it to see him in the game cheering and excited for his teammates? I wish he would do so more, but this is not a complaint. This is applauding Tracy for showing his enthusiasm. I am sure his teammates love it. As a fan, it gives me hope that the team will gell once he gets back in.

yea i dont like when star players are out with an injury and refuse to show up and support their team, tmac has always done this. it makes me feel like he thinks that he has more important things to do than be with his team, yea i understand road games but he misses home games as well. rehab? he can rehab all the other 21 hours he has to spare on game day. tmac is selfish and he has always been. anyone who wants to argue this fact let me know. but im glad he is on this team and most of the time he gets the job done and thats all that matters. i mean the team needs him, the numbers speak for themselves.
Is not only that, is traveling, hotels walking, etc. When is leg or back like where he get injure you want him to rest the most he can.
Wow! T-Mac sits with his team! What a team player! Thanks for setting aside your important life happenings for this occasion, T-Mac!
Logically though... One day you telling me McGrady can't even travel or walk yet the 3 days later you expect him to guard Marion and play 38 minutes? Hmm...
he probably only showed up because it was in Orlando. i wish he'd show up more...i think it gives the team a confidence boost.
From Feigen's blog:
I liked the fact that Tracy was on the bench at tonights game. He was even coaching some of the players, like Aaron Brooks. Do you think this was solely because this was a trip near his hometown, or will this be a new trend? I'd love to see him at all of our games, on the court or on the bench. (I asked about that. The intention is to be on the bench more. At home, sometimes the doctors don't get to the arena until early evening so when he does his rehab they watch him during the game. Last home game, he had to sit and wait for them. But he does intend to be on the next road trip where that is not an issue. -- Jonathan) Posted by: freshprince at January 5, 2008 02:57 AM
T-Mac haters pwn3d by Feigen.
i was just going to start a new tread with the reason behind Tmacs missing in action. At least we now know.
I can honestly say that's the first time I can ever remember him being on the bench with his team. Hope it continues til he comes back...
Wow. What if this guy came back and actually used the cuts and screens and overall motion in the offense so that he caught the ball and immediately shot it, passed it or went at the rim?
whatever the reason is for why he hasn't in the past, last night showed it helps when hes there. It something that I haven't seen that much, and would like to see more. I could make a sarcastic comment implying thats what everyone should do, but the fact is that we haven't seen it from tracy this season, and i feel it only could help if he attends as many games along side the bencg as he can while injured.
I noticed that at halftime, he was walking back to the locker-room and chatting with Mike James. It didn't look like there was anything wrong between them.
