Remember how hard was our scheduele in November and December, well forget it because it lightens up and we can win some easy games if we click on all cylinders. Plus T-Mac will be back so that's a good thing also. Quick peak: @ Orlando - W or L, depends on Yao, assuming we play like guests without T-Mac it will be a close one vs New York - Here you have self-claimed champions,NY Knicks, truly hope for a W @ Washington - Away game,Caron will be X factor, it will be interesting game @ New York - Same game but in NY City, hope for a W vs Minnesota - No more Kevin,no more W. vs New Orleans - Look at our line vs NO, we're losing every time we play against them, like Mavs are alergic to Warriors so as we are against Hornets vs Philadelphia - Last year we beat them by 50, this year lose by 30,oh well that was probably the toughest period of the season, hope for a W vs San Antonio - Hope it doesn't become ugly, with full support at Toyota Center, Houston can pull this one up,assuming we did this once this season vs Seattle - Durant vs. T-Mac, but Yao will be the key, W @ Seattle - Back to back, 1-1 in a worse way @ Portland - I assure you these are not Trailblazers from start of this season vs Utah - We will probably need some extra points from T-Mac or Yao vs Golden State - L
realistically...i'm happy to come out with a .500 record on those games. we really need to pick up the defensive intensity
I'm not too so much optimistic either, but look at the last couple of games, team is playing better, assume that those are stronger teams than these are we could come up with some W that can put us in some real conversations.
yeah its sad, but man i love their style of play...they play like the computer based team from the NINENTIDO ARCH-RIVALS...man them dudes are just thugged out hood nikkas...i was rofl when steve jackson or it might have been baron davis blocked luther head's shot at the end of the game and then their coach had got kicked out....i mean they just don't give a f*** and they'll rip ur head off LOL
There is no easy schedule. Remember 76er. We hammered them 50 last year and we thought they were easy for us. We got hammered instead.
Remember Toronto the day before how bad we lost and what happen next time. BTW 76er are without Kover one less player to worry about. And there is no more Steve and M James in the game.
Hopefully not playing for a while got it through his head that minutes are not a given with him. I just think he's too good to keep buried on the bench, but he's been one of the ones that looks disinterested this season too. Him at the 2 is probably the best bet.
at best without tmac we will be around .500 trough this schedule. that should keep our heads above water for a late season push for the playoffs. the sad thing is, if we had tracy during this time we could've made a nice run right about now.
I hope we do win, but it would be fools gold because we are winning against bad teams. When it comes down to it, this year's team is supposed to be about winning a championship. If the team's overall philosophy/makeup/effort does not change, it doesn't matter. We could go 10-0 for the next 10 games against weaker opponents, but when it matters against the top teams, we will still fall short. I understand it is something to be optimistic about going forward, but the wins and losses don't matter as much as an overall change in the team makeup/effort and improvements all around.
Well, the good thing is that by the end of January will probably have a good idea if the Rox will make the playoffs or not and put an end to all this suffering. 5 games at home with no back to back. I think that if the Rockets win 10 games in January they are back in the fight.
Blazers got 10 straight wins, why we can't? We have more talented team and our roster is much better, I truly hope that upcoming games will be W.
these are pics from a party after the golden state game: 12/31/07 b-diddy sky jumping ellis b-diddy again the most indicting photo...i mean come on these guys were the 8th seed last year which is really the playoff spot that the rox might be fighting for....
And the team will still be around .500, about right where they are now. I call that running in place. And to add insult to injury, the hottest team in the NBA is a bunch of kids having fun, in the West! Kinda makes you wonder.
