I think we need to finish off our games with:

    Rafer
    Bonzi
    Battier
    Scola
    Yao

We could even go with Brooks in place of Battier against the Magic since he could guard Nelson and not be a liability in the post.

Adelman should learn from the Celtics game and not have Head finish any more games. I think Head should still get a lot of playing time since he's been our most consistent shooter, but please don't let him finish anymore games.

I would like to see Brooks in there some too, if he is playing well.

I really like Brooks and Rafer in the game at the same time...if the other team is not too big....having 2 penetrating players is a huge advantage.

I also would like to see Brooks finish a game....and Orlando would be the best team to try this out on. Nelson or Arroyo won't post him up.

This would give us a bigger threat on offense with him breaking down the defense especially if the other team is in the penalty. This guy made Rondo (who's one of the quickest guards in the NBA) look really slow when he was in and was able to blow by him and dish two sweet passes to Bonzi.

I would really like to see this added dimension to our offense in the closing minutes.

i'd like to see that as our starting lineup until tmac gets back.

that lineup will get us off to good starts in games; that's the key to surviving yao getting a rest.

I agree....I think starting line-up (which is a defensive line-up) are getting us in really big holes to start the games. It would be wise to start the game with:

    Rafer
    Bonzi
    Battier
    Scola
    Yao

and have our defensive lineup come in to hold leads.

Brooks comes off like he will be a big shot maker as a pro. Throw him out there. He can't be worse than anyone else when it comes to making clutch baskets.

Im with you on this except I would start AB over Rafer even though he doesn't have the experience. If we do make the playoffs and hope to do better, he will need the experience prior to that to play bigger than Rafer would for us. Rafer had stretches last year like he play against Boston last night, but we all know that he will disappear with the pressure of the playoffs.

AB has potential and we need to let him start and build his confidence to be ready to show us he got balls in the playoffs.

And when Tmac gets back, I would replace Battier in this staring lineup with Tmac, not Bonzi.

I've had many complaints about this year's rotation but if we're really committed to making the switch to a more offensive-oriented mindset, it's the starting lineup that needs to be addressed.

We need Chuck a bench player and AB competing with Rafer for more minutes. And I'd like to see Shane at the 4 more often when we go small because it's obvious he can't dribble more than twice toward the basket.

I, like most of us, love Brooks in the game, but MAN...what happened to his shot? I hope he gets it back soon. I hope the same for James, Battier, Yao, etc. etc. etc. haha

    I know right.

I hope he's not losing confidence cause it's obvious the guy can shoot the ball. It's just been a hair off. That'll come around...

I see that Brooks has become the new object of your man love. Somewhere JJ Reddick must be close to tears... ;)

The fans (including me) want to see Brooks because he is the exciting unknown. That being said, both Brooks and Head had 2 turn overs for the night and Brooks played 22 less minutes. That doesn't mean I don't want to see more of Brooks, but assuming he would have done better taking care of the ball is far from a given considering Brooks already had 2 TO before Luther made his critical mistakes. I just don't know why Luther was bringing the ball up the court on that bounce pass turnover possesion instead of Rafer.

See Rick "the genius" Adelman's guidance manual for a sure loss!
