    Good game, seeing how the Rockets did not get frustrated when they were down early in the game and start chucking. They pounded GS with cutting and aggressive defense. It's a shame that the Rockets cannot find a way to get Yao the ball... anyhow, what can you really do when an entire team does its best Kobe's-81pt-game impression? Ah, we played fine and I especially loved Scola's gritty play.

    RA should have some plays that will work for Yao against the Warriors but since Yao was not at practice because he is getting over the flu there was no time to work the plays. I hope Yao is feeling better and his flu is over with.

    Stats mean nothing, we didn't have any fire out there to close out this game.Yao ming can stuff stats in his freaking sleep but toonight he didn't have any fire out there.Scola had some fight and should have been in the game.

    Boston is 14-1 at home. so don't expect to win without t mac. expect a MINIMUM of a 25 point defeat. all you t-mac bashers, what now?! can we beat playoff caliber teams like the warriors without Tracy? yao is disappointing. right now, he isn't acting like a team leader. some thing's wrong. maybe we could call in JVG to give some motivation? because clearly RA is not helping.

    Was it a huge surprise that GS fronted Yao? The Rockets knew this was coming and they ran a few set plays that actually worked in getting Yao the ball. But they moved completely away from that in the fourth quarter and the whole offense just stagnated.

    4 point lead going into the 4th quarter.......and outscored by 22 points in one quarter.

    Adelman should have substituted more and reinforced guarding the 3 pt line.

    This was a winnable game.

    Poor adjustment by our coach, we should play small, especially when YAO is not 100% for this team. If he got guts, let yao play 20 mins at most and rest him

    If you keep saying that youd better STFU and go home, it was clear that Yao slowed the game and was awfull on the defensive end, scola got 3 charges, defend particulary well and was part on the best stretch of the game for the rockets Yao did fine staying in foul trouble not to bother too much, Yao on the Floor = easy shots for GS tonight.

    It's more than a shame. Do you think any NBA team is going to look at this game and not decide that the way to neutralize Yao is to front him?

    The Rockets have to figure out how to get Yao the ball despite that. What's crazy is that they have plays set up to do exactly that and they don't run them. What's the result? Five or six minutes without a field goal. Is it any wonder that the Rockets are now known for their scoring droughts?

    Alston might have lit up the basket tonight but he's always been completely mediocre as a point guard.

    Yao didn't want to be out there tonight,They went to the other side he was slow in his actions,cheney can be a arm chair coach all he wants but Yao ddin't have the energy in this game and we played better without him on defense and offense.

    We had a 11 point lead with 3 or so minutes left in the third quarter.We lost this game because we didn't have the energy to finish.Throw the X and O's out the door,we lost this game because we ran out of gas and Bonzi and Yao didn't have the focus or energy down the stretch.

    Stats mean a lot.
    Im not saying Yao had a good game but Scola wasnt really productive except for those flopping.

    3-9 shooting is way below his season average.

    Thou I understand you haters have been extremely frustrated the past few games cuz Rockets played well. Now you guys are back on full force bashing players.

    Oh well, guess thats part of Rockets fan base.

    Next two games will be tough. I hope the Rockets can put forth a great effort and who knows what can happen. As for T-Mac coming back soon I don't think he will be back as soon as he can(three weeks will be a very long time)

    As I recalled, we did not really put much fight with their 3 pointers, did we? That is the problem as far as I am concerned. Seeing those open 3-point shootings are killing me. I am sure whether we did not pay much attention to defend those or JUST Rick did not ask us for it :confused:

    I think they are learning to play with and without Yao;
    And something to talk about JVG,he is really a Rookie killer;
    Was Tmac a role player killer? maybe...

    I love Yao ming but he didn't have the energy out there,He probably was still recovering from the flu and his minutes have been up.

    Well, I totally agree about the lack of energy. The starters looked completely flat out there in the 4th quarter. There was no energy, no sense of urgency, and I put that on all of them--not just Bonzi and Yao. Speaking of which Yao is coming off the flu. Bonzi nearly passed out on the sidelines during the game. What's Rafer's excuse?

    I really have to wonder if Adelman wasn't a little bit too loyal. Why not throw Brooks and Scola out there to try and provide some fire off the bench?
