Artest to get surgery to fix his bone

    If he's out a significant time (like 2-3 months)... given that his contract is ending after this year, maybe he can be had for cheaper now? I mean.. in effect you would be trading for a very short term rental plus his Bird Rights.

    Maybe some short contracts, a young guy or two, and a 1st rounder would work?

    The Maloofs have been talking about giving Artest an incentives driven contract extension. I think Artest will stay with the Kings.

    Artest plays solid game.

    Last time I went to Arco Arena, during the Bucks game he fell onto my camera & almost stomped it.
