Good win in what was mostly an ugly game.

    Some pts...

-Yao really turned it up in the 2nd half.
-Hayes was a force on defense.
    -Rafer came up big tonight.
    - The role players all hit big shots when it counted.

Maybe we're finally getting some momentum :D

As usual, Rafer overperforms when another PG makes some noise.

Solution: Keep putting pressure on Rafer's job so he continues to step up.

Chuck Hayes is the unsung hero of this game. He pretty much raped Chris Bosh tonight.

Did Rafer just take a jab at TMac?

"With Tracy out, we are able to move the ball more, etc etc"?

I m pleased with how we finish the game today. It's not really inspiring in the first half and third quarter. We managed a strong finish which rarely happened before.

    Good. Just feel good!!!

i think he left him out by design. But hey, there is a small point there. We cant count on tmac playing every game.

    b**** nothing. he's right.

offensively yao and tmac are basically playing 2 on 5. shane hits open shots, sometimes rafer does. it's unrealistic to think we can keep up with elite teams.

You know you are having a rough season when Skip is taking shots at you in post-game interview...

but hey..at least the All-star game is secured!

As oppose to the plan they've been trying: Having other point guards on the team intentionally suck to build Rafer's confidence?

    Inane.

How did Bonzi shoot so miserably from the field tonight though? 4-17?

Definitly something Yao should continue to work on. Why he just doesn't want to spread his elbow a little more when he is holding the ball?

But Yao is the true leader of this team now!

Typical game from our PF position. Hayes and Scola combined for

    8 Pts
    18 rebounds
    3 steals
    2 blocks
    2 assists
    2 TOs

I don't see how anyone can complain about the production from this position. We have enough guys on this team who should be scoring buckets. How great is it to have two guys at this position who love to get down and dirty in the paint?

Another great effort from the whole team. Brooks looks nice too even though he didn't stuff any stats tonight.
