    And I think he has done a good job acclimating to the NBA. It is like half the forum expected him to be an 18/8 guy by Thanksgiving. He's got plenty of skills and a great attitude but he is still a rookie and needs some time. I'm just happy he is good enough to contribute on a regular basis.

    Next year, however, I think he is going be a legit second tier (and that ain't bad) PF.

    I hate to say it, but I agree at this point.

    But my solution is not to trade T-Mac. I say he just needs to accept a different kind of role in this new offense.
