The reason why many feels TMac is bad for the team is because when he is on the floor, he dominates it too much by isolating himself in some spot and take a stupid jumper whereas tonight, the ball movement was there.

ugh, how many times have people said how much better we move the ball without t-mac dominating it. I have also known this. This year we have more talent, yet you say we still lose when t-mac doesn't play......maybe bc he is holding up $20 million that could be spread around to other good players that would fit better around Yao.

Well at least they competed. They showed some heart, especially on a back to back at high altitude. I feel proud of them, something I haven't felt in awhile. Good game.

    Two faces of Rockets:
    Yao, Battier, Scola, Hayes

    TMac, Wells, MJ, SF3

I like the first group with heart, but not the heartless second group. Unfortunately, RA overemphasizes the second group and the team looks soft.

With TMac and SF3 out, we lost but we are not soft at all.

Tough loss, but I accept it.

    Yao can't rebound. He's soft.

    Oh wait....

Great game by the guys. Going down fighting every time is always better than going down tamely.

Man you guys are all hyped up....i really wish i could have seen this game tonite...looks like they never game up and lost by a miracle shot...If the effort was as good as you explained then I'm pumped too..

AB looks like he deserves 5-10 mins a game with the burst scoring i saw on the stat sheet and can't wait till SF3 is back with the team to show some leadership.

Can't wait to see what we do in the next game

You do realize that Dallas is as good as they are primarily because of those two players, right? They have the mental toughness to them that T-mac can't even dream of having.

Denver is 11-4 at home and they did not play but pls Houston did a great job.
Houston after a back to back vs a team that played great at home with 3 day rest without T-Mac and it took A. Carter to win it.

How can you describe Wells as heartless tonight? He is the one battling till the last second with Yao.

I'll give you that, Except for the Detroit game if your including that. We need a motivated and healthy Tmac for this team to be at it's best... that simple(if only tmac wasn't being a girl)

    Yao played 51:35 tonight

I would say that the Rockets put out a gallant effort in this game tonight, even though they got outrebounded 63-53 by the Nuggets, yielding 27 offensive rebounds in the process.

I think that if not for yielding all of those offensive rebounds to the Nuggets, the Rockets probably win this game in regulation.

The team needs to look hard at that rebounding area and do better there for when they go to play the Bulls and the Pistons this upcoming weekend and not let this tough loss get them down.
