Steve Novak showed up in the team practice as well after recall from D League.

And TMAC got special previlege to rest for most of the team practice/scrimmage due to a sore ankle. He practiced a few free throws with his slippers on before he left the team practice early.

    Maybe I am missing something
    but
    is this a typical practice

    a bunch of talking
    Running Laps
    and
    stand still shooting?

    Rocket River
-- Maybe these are not the good shoots of the total practice

Tracy couldn't lace up some playing shoes? How's he expect to get the right feel at the line with slippers?

.....looks like a punch in/punch out day.

read the background in the mike james picture it has

    Attitude and Demeanor

    Belief
    Intensity
    Concentration
    Discipline
    Poise under preasure

    Then it has

    Culture and Environment

    Hardest working
    Best Conditioned
    Most unselfish
    Great team spirit and unity
    play to win

It has something above all that to. But its interesting to see they have that up cause I don't think they read it to often as they aren't displaying many of those traits shown.

Looks like TMAC was prepared for practice with his choice of footwear. You cant practice to hard in flip flops can you?

WTH... You can't seriously run around with that. Guess all he's gonna do is practice FTs and jump shooting...

Why do you call this a "Sighting"? Sighting means you saw a player undersomewhat unexpected circumstances. For example, if I saw Hakeem Olajuwan at the local burger joint, that's a Hakeem sighting.

    As for these pics:

First, you didn't see them, some reporter took picture and you saw pictures.

Next, they players went to practice, they were at work. There is nothing ususal or unexpected about this.

It's like somebody saw a picture of me in my office on my firm's webside and declared it a sighting of me at the office.

I also like how it's Yao Ming & The Rockets as if it would be surprising to see them practice together. But if Yao is being iso-ed...?
