[Devil's Advocate]: Performance Enhancing Drugs

Steriods as a class are already used quite a bit in medicine to treat things like allergies and endocrine conditions. Cortisone which you can buy in topical creams is a steriod. I highly doubt though rubbing a lot of anti-rash lotion will turn you into Mark McGwire.

 

There is a growing group of doctors who feel that small amounts of steroids and other growth hormones can extend and improve the quality of life.

 

By bolding small, those users will still expect some shrinkage?
