    The Rockets, whether coached by JVG or RA, always plays down to the competition. Blame soft Yao and Tracy taking these games too lightly. :rolleyes:

    I get your point, but "Always" is a bit much...like the 50 point win over philly last year or the circa 30 point win on the road in Charlotte. Granted they did lose some games they shouldn't have, JVG seems to have had them much more prepared for the games against lesser competition.

    Uh, sorry to bring you the bad news but our defense showed up last night.

    Is it just coincidental that Detroit had their lowest points of the season against one of the best defenses in the league over the past couple of seasons? Actually, don't even need to go there... just watch the game again.

    Just about every other top team in the West team has losses to 'weak' teams. We're not unique.
