1- The Rox will not leave Houston, no ifs ands or buts. Houstonians would have to be stupid not support the next referendum that comes up. I thought that the last one would pass, but obviously I was wrong. Sports are not important in the whole scheme of things (who was going for the Titans?), however they do bring together entire cities of different kinds of people. I pray that the Houston Rockets will be the team my great grandchildren root for.

2- Leon Smith is a confused kid who has never been accepted. The Rockets have a chance to get a steal if they pick up this kid. They really dont lose much by signing him, with his talent their will always be takers on the trade front. I know that this sounds harsh, but it is true and everyone knows it. The fact is, that this kid was thrust into a situation where he went from all everything to play in Europe. He needs time and someone to mentor him badly. I feel like Houston would be the perfect place for him with our young guys who have been through hard times (Francis and Rogers).

3- The Rockets should retire CB's number. The guy did what he was brought here for: we beat Seattle. I know he was only here for three years but I have never seen another Rocket take as much control on and off the floor as Chuck did.

4- We should not be eyeing the playoffs. Welcome to the real world. Houston has a team of young players with a whole lot of potential, but we need to retool to make a run at the title. I would much prefer championships in three years rather than firsy and outs for the next ten.
