Honestly, that is what the older guy looked like minus the pony tail. I would have posted it but I did not know the character's name.
In college I picked up a few individual cards. it sounds dumb but I put them away in a box to give to my son when he gets older. I picked up rookies for Tmac Kobe KG Dirk Barry Sander Emmit Manning Duncan Vince Carter Randy Moss Manny Sadly I also have as a side effect Rookies for Steve Francis, man I have like 20 of them Anton Jamison Ricky Williams Tons of others who ended up being nobodies.
Its not just cards. I went into WalMart early one morning before work and there were three middle-aged gentlemen who ran into the store and headed straight for the toy section. As I made my way around I came across them and saw them ripping through an unopened box of Hot Wheels. Two of them broke into a shouting match over who got to keep one of the special cars they found. I asked them what the big deal over collecting Hot Wheels was (I enjoyed playing with them when I was younger). The guy told me that they were looking for certain cars that only come so many to a box and that they were going to Target across the street after leaving WalMart.
