    It's not a -bad- deal. The screen is the same size as a PSP. So it will be a little bit bulky for your pocket or the gym.

    That would be good for a less than average user. Like maybe someone who has never had a digital cam before. No optical zoom, and its HP, they have horrible image quality in their cams. Especially one this cheap. If the user is under the age of 15 then I guess it would not be bad.

    Just bought my Parents the Digital Camera they currently are selling on woot for 80 bucks.

    Added a 2GB SD card from Buy.com for 13.99 with free shipping, so they'll be getting a pretty nice gift that only cost me 1 bill.

    Eh, if it doesn't it doesn't really matter to them. I'm not too worried about it. woot says 4-5 days for shipping, so with 2 weeks I'm guessing today is about the end of your window for cutting it close, anything after you're probably gonna have to FedEx.

    I saw that too but after reading the comments on Woot about that camera from people who bought it previously I decided to pass. Apparently Polaroid makes or used to make good film cameras and film but their digital products are crap. Also, people say that they filed by bankruptcy.

    Has anybody else ordered the original product asked about in this thread? I ordered it through the Google Checkout to get $10 off but it is not showing up in my Buy.com account. What gives?

    I read that too and took it with a grain of salt because most of the people who actually bought the camera seemed satisfied with it. Of course you can't compare this camera to a Canon SLR, some people are such idiots... you get what you pay for. 80 bucks is a good deal for a decent camera.

    Plus it'll be an upgrade for people who are currently using some Olympus 2 MP Fossil from like 2001.

    That camera from woot looks like a pretty decent deal...is this a today only thing?

    I don't get paid until Friday and I'm definitely interested in it.
