We've won one game after losing 15 straight and everyone thinks we're on our way to the championship. It took 3 players scoring over 20 and one almost 40 for us to narrowly escape defeat. While I'm not trying to say that this isn't a step in the right direction, it's too early to regain complete fath in the Rockets.

I don't think you're bursting anybody's bubble. People are just happy to get a win, I don't think anybody is talking playoffs.

Great added confidence on the part of Griffin and Cato, plus the inevitable return of Francis, KT, OT, Rice, and Mo leads me to believe better things are ahead.

Who lost faith? You're some kinda fair weather fan if you've lost your FAITH in the team after less than a third of the season. Maybe its typical in LA to fadeaway if your team gets into a tough stretch, and I guess you have the luxury of switching from the Clips to the Lakers depending on who's doing well...but REAL fans keep the faith even in tough times. You're as fake as the silicon packed mammas that litter greater LA.

    Fine ham abounds!

There's always someone that wants to piss on the parade. I believe that the Rockets will make the playoffs this year & I've believed it, even through the losing streak.

Griffin has shown us a taste of what he can do, Torres has shown great promise at nailing down the starting SF position, KT will be back soon, & Francis is projected to come back by the end of the week. We've got a lot of reasons to be excited. Go away you faker supporter & quit pissing on our parade.

However, before you go, send us some of those silicon packed mammas that HayesStreet is talking about. They might be fake, but daaaaaaaamn! :D

Well, you see the reason why we needed such an effort from five players was because we were missing four. What is with these people?! If you're missing four key players and basically playing a team of bench players, you're obviously going to struggle. We were missing Steve Francis, Kenny Thomas, Glen Rice and Oscar Torres.

Exactly who is predicting great things? We won a basketball game in which we were severely undermanned, and we're happy about it. No reason not to be.

And by the way, why would anyone lose faith in the Rockets? All the games we've lost have been without 4/5 of our starters. The guys we have in street clothes could easily take our current starters in a game of five on five. Losing games with practically half your team injured is no reason to lose faith.

I dont think anyone is predicting "great things". We are happy to win a freakin game after a month!

As for the playoffs....I know its hard, but I havent completely lost faith. I know I make jokes about tanking, etc., but thats just to keep my mood lite.

On the other extreme, we won the game despite getting almost zero contribution from the bench. See how it is more fun to look on the bright side of things. :)

    :) :) :)

Never lost faith in the Rockets. I will be with them through good and bad. It has been worse than this before I think. Remember when we had a lot of old players in '99 and '98, and did not go far in the playoffs. A veteran team that might or might not play well. We now have less veteran players, less to work with. Every victory means more.

Here the expectations are low, we will improve and we true fans will participate in the development of a very good team..

Enjoy the victory over one of the best teams in the East.

Try going back to the year before we got Ralph Sampson we were 15-67, but I listened to every game on the radio.

Man that was a tough year.

We still have 54 games to play. Wouldn't you agree it's too early to give up on our team?
