Those bastards at ESPN think they are really funny. I was just watching it (Dec. 21 edition now) and guess what their new question of the day is... "The Rockets have now lost 15 games in a row, so our question for you is:" Which team was the last team the Rockets beat this season? (then four choices, but I didn't see what they were)
You know what, I don't remember the last team they beat. I'm thinking it's Portland but I'm not sure. It seems like ESPN is making fun of the Rockets. But there is no way to sugar coat it, they have lost 15 in a row, and more than likely will lose more than that in a row before they finally win again. The Rockets are just plain bad right now. It's a low point in this franchise's history.
That doesn't seem like they're talking trash, it's just that we shouldn't be losing this much. Seriously we should be better than this. 1. Compete and play close games against some good teams 2. Get blown out by the league's worst teams
we don't have our closer. we can play well and stick around but when it comes down to making the big shots there is nobody there but mooch and cat. whith steve healthy this season we would have 16 wins by now.
... I caught a little bit of Sportscenter this morning and they ran a piece comparing the woes of Pat Riley and Rudy T this season. Painful to watch.
Did you see that joke that guy did on Fox Sports? He made a joke about Stevie getting pulled over for drunk driving and he said the officers new Steve was drunk when he tried to bribe them with Rockets playoff tickets.
