Tonights game was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Ive been thinking about it for a while but after tonight, im just going to come out and say it. JVG had an influence on this team that RA cannot produce. Last year when JVG was coaching we won 52 games without Yao for a large portion of the season. This Year we are 9-9 with a BETTER TEAM and LESS INJURIES yet we still sit at .500. All i can say is that RA doesnt prepare his teams like JVG and his coaching staff did. Thats the only reason we werent a lottery team last year. So far this year we have lost to 4 sub .500 teams as well as a lakers team that has Kobe and not much else. Last year we would have won at least 4 of those 5 games which would have put our record to 13-5. Put it simply: JVG = Win ALL games we are meant to win as well as some underdog games RA = Win VERY FEW games we are meant to win as well as some underdog games. Its inexcusable. I was willing to wait but after tonights effort i think enough is enough. A trade needs to made with either Alston, James and maybe even Battier. Yes Battier. If nothing else, changes at the top of the organisation need to be at least considered. Thoughts?

good point! we could still win "ugly" game with JFG's defense last season, now we have nothing. i am a JFG's supporter. we had 52 wins in regular season last year, and lost to JAZZ 1 game in playoff. but JAZZ advanced to western finals, they almost swiped GSW who won the series against League #1 Mavs. we did not succeed last season because of the lack of 3rd scorer in the team. our team was doing fine when T-mac and Yao on court, but no one could score when T-mac and Yao were resting. This season we have SF3 and M.J can play the 3rd scorer role for the team, but JFG GONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

You know what JVG would holler when our defense was crap? TIME OUT! TIME OUT!! TIME THE F+_K OUT!!! That's exactly what yelled out last season one time that I saw. He'd make this team at least play some defense or risk sitting on the bench.
one is supposed to be an 'offensive' coach yet can't coach his guys to crack 100 on a 5 win team. one is a defensive minded coach and by-god coached a hell of a defense!
even when we were 6-1, i don't fell in love with RA. some ppl were talking about the non-disciplined O and declining D, but most of the fans were just chanting praises. I didn't see the "legendary" princeton but the old JVG offense which saved RA's ass for several games.Meanwhile our defense is collapsing which has a lot to do with RA's new method of coaching, freestyled,less preparation,less desciplines, you name it. I really hate it when we lose to scrub teams like the KINGS/GRIZZLIES.etc, you gotta beat them with whatever damn system but it seems to me that RA is neither introducing his system nor making full use of the old system. last comment to make, DAMN THE PATHETIC HOUSTON QUEENS!FIRE ADELMAN!

gosh...i though it was tough watching our inability to score last year...at times my heart keeps pounding because it would take us 3 possesions to score a basket on average, but 4 possession for the other team to score. now it only take 2 possession for the other team to frekin score, and yet it still takes 3 possesion for us to score a basket. man...this is getting fuking rediculous. well at least my heart won't pound anymore because logic tells me to give up on them....
so much for the high motion offense. Tmac 40pts, yao 29 pts, and the rest of the team all single digits. Thought he want to make yao and tmac's game easier and improve on JVG's D. Atleast JVG gave this team an identity and some toughness. RA didn't give this team anything but record wise, he is worse than JVG.
I see the problem, if RA wants to play high motion offense, why the hell is he starting alston, hayes and battier who are all known as defensive guys (well alston know as f*cking streetball "legend")
