This time of year I like to listen to a lot of old Jump Blues and Rockabilly etc. So my vote goes to: <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/wBF0cRYZmdI&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/wBF0cRYZmdI&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
No one sings Christmas songs like Elvis!! Also anything Christmas song by Jackson 5. Rockin Around the Christmas Tree by Ana Lee i think .. or Sandra Lee.. i dont remember, but its the version that plays during Home Alone, when Kevin sets up those dolls and the Micheal Jordan cutout to make it look like theres people in the house.
This one still makes me crack up: <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/QFQyib5ZQZY&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/QFQyib5ZQZY&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

My ultimate favorite is Holly Jolly Christmas by Burl Ives As far as an entire great album my nod would go to Nat King Cole or Elvis
Also - the entire soundtrack of the children's film "The Snowman." I think it won an Oscar in like, 1980. The song it's famous for, "Walking in the Air," is incredible. I think Nightwish did a version of it.
RECENT "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen / We Three Kings" - Barenaked Ladies w/ Sarah McLachlan. Toe tappingly great. "Baby, It's Cold Outside" - Leon Redbone and Zooey Deschanel (yes, the actress) from the "Elf" soundtrack. Simple, playful, and wonderfully sung. "Christmas" - Blues Traveler. Something about this song just strikes a chord with me. Makes me smile every time. "It Came Upon A Midnight Clear" - Sixpence None The Richer. I would have never thought of performing it in a minor key. Surprisingly good. CLASSICS "Carol Of The Bells" - arranged by Norman Luboff, as performed by the Robert Shaw Chorale. If this doesn't get you in the Christmas mood, nothing will. "I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas" - Gayla Peevey. I know it's annoying, yet I still sing along every time. "Christmas Time Is Here" - Vince Guaraldi Trio (with vocals). Just a timeless classic. As ManRam said, anything from "A Charlie Brown Christmas" is money. "White Christmas" - Bing Crosby. The second greatest christmas song of all time. Second only to... "The Christmas Song" - Nat King Cole. Really, every Christmas song he sang is a classic, but this one trumps them all.
