T-Mac's gotta step up big tonight. Yao played 40 minutes last night and you know he'll be surrounded by triple teams the entire game.

Golden State's won 4 in a row, so they'll be a tough opponent. But the Rockets should be able to pull this one out if they can hit from the perimeter.

Both teams played last night only that Houston had to take a longer trip to get to Oakland.

    Last night at Sacramento:

    Baron Davis 43 minutes
    Stephen Jackson 42 minutes
    Monta Ellis 35 minutes

    Last night at Phoenix:

    Yao Ming 40 minutes
    Tracy McGrady 35 minutes

Given the style of play of the Warriors, I don't think they'll play with the same energy on the back end of a B2B and so I think Rockets win tonight. No guard for the Rox logged more than 30 minutes yesterday and on instances like this is where our guard depth can come into play.

Golden State has won 2 in a row against the Rox including that game in December last year where Baron Davis hit that lucky three point shot to win the game. Rox should be motivated to stop that streak.

Going to the game tonight, love the Rox, but I gotta rep the hometown Dubs.

Golden State will not play defense, and if Houston does, the Warriors are in trouble. I look for TMac to go nuclear, 40+. And, they can't guard Yao. Francis may be out of gas, so other folks need to step up. Bonzi, are you out there?

wow. Yao's 40min against the Suns should make him really tired. Others need to step up.

i think there is some sort of FAQ on the chat room

i am not in there too much since my tv and pc are in separate rooms i am too lazy to run back and forth like Hayesfan does during timeouts and all.

but basically the room usually goes +m (moderated) whenever game play is going on so only the ops (@) and voices (+) can speak at that time. Usually its one of the ops or voices doing pbp. the reason being with so many people in the room, it would be really difficult to run a pbp where people can "see" whats going on. a lot of people in there are watching the game live on their tv while in the room, but there are also a good portion of people whose only way to get live updates of the game is the chat room.

generally during timeouts the room becomes unmoderated and people can cheer/vent/laugh/cry/argue all they want until game action resumes.

oh yeah no personal attacks/cussing of course.

This is a good game to test fronting defense on Yao. I hope Adelman has prepared the Rockets well on this. If the other players made them pay,
I am confident of a good game with a good result.

GREAT WIN LAST NIGHT! We have to parlay that momentum forward. Steve should match up well against them as well, more minutes for the hero!

This team is obviously dangerous, given the playoffs and their recent strong play. B2B against the suns/warriors is the perfect opportunity to get solid wins!

    I predict efficient/productive performances from:
    -Steve Francis
    -Luis Scola
    -Bonzi (dare i say?)
    -Rick Adelman

    Must limit proudction of:
    -Baron Davis
    -Al Harrington
    -Monta Ellis

The key is that Battier can stop Jackson. Captain Jack is the soul of warrors.

Warriors win 108-90. Yao runs out of gas in the middle of the 2nd quarter.
