What's the record for the biggest 0-fer from long range? Walker goes 0-11 from beyond the arc against the Sixers. I mean damn .... at some point you have to stop heaving the bombs.

(This is magnified by the fact I have him on my fantasy league team)

There are 4 teams in the league who haven't shot as many 3's as Antoine Walker.

John Starks also went 0-11 (2-18 overall) in game 7 of the 1994 NBA Finals. :)

Happy memories...

Ditto... I just got in and found out he didn't even crack 30 points for me... well, hell, no wonder. I remember one game earlier in the season he jacked up 17 3's in a game. I just looked at that number and started laughing. There are players that will never see 17 field goal attempts in a WEEK much less 17 3's in a GAME.

By the way, he was 2-10 in the previous game from 3 pt. land. Or how about this stat : In the past 17 games he's only attempted less than 8 3 pointers 2 times (and both times he shot 7 of 'em). He also shot 16 of them in another game. Unreal.

Thats my biggest fear about Rudy and Griffin. He has a nice stroke and someday I fear he'll be out there 25ft from the basket launching 3's like Walker. When Walker brings his "bull" game, he's a top 4, when he brings the "butterfly" he's very avg. I hope and pray i never see Griffin shoot half that many 3's again. It makes no sense that Walker has shot over 200 3pters already.

9.8 3-pointers a game.

In any given game Antoine Walker will take more three's than anyone else on the Celtics, besides Pierce, will take any kind of shot. Having a nice outside shot is a valuable asset, but this is ludicrous.

I don't know what's worse, that 'Toine launched 11 3's, missed 11 3's, or that I continue to like him as a player, especially when he's in the open court. Big men aren't supposed to handle the ball like he does.

11 3's!! DAMN ANTOINE!!

Not that I would shoot 5 3's, but if I were him I wouldn't have shot #6, that's for sure.

Yes!! It´s totally ridiculous that Walker is shooting so many 3s, he should be in there fighting for the board.
But doesn´t the coaches decide on theese kinds of things. I mean he can´t be jacking up ten a night if his coach doesn´t want him to, can he??

I imagine he has a green light. See Cuttino, Walt and Moochie on this team, they can't shoot anything this season with the exception of one game here and there but they still keep jacking it up.
