This team the way the rotation is right now can win lots of reg season games against crappy scrub teams (nobody good) but when the playoffs come around are going to get annihilated. Same players same result. Sound familiar? Something needs to change with the rotation and I don't care what.

At least under JVG, we win against the crappy teams. Right now, we can't beat ANYONE. We lose to the Grizzlies, Heat, and the Lakers. We should've lost to the Bobcats. Hell, Penny Hardaway looks like Dwayne Wade out there last night playing against our defense.

I'm with the pro Francis guys on this one. PLAY FRANCIS. He was so desperately needed out there against Miami last night. Everyone swarmed T-Mac that he couldn't do a damn thing. It's easy for them to do that when you have him out there with Battier, Hayes and Alston. If there was someone else that could create and break his man off the dribble, this wouldn't be a problem. That statement I just said screams for Steve Francis.

It's pathetic that the Rockets have to lose this many games for Adelman to realize to play Steve REGULARLY (At least I hope to God he's realized it) I realized it after our FIRST loss to Dallas, which was our FIRST loss of the season.

Play Francis tonight and play him regularly starting tonight and teams will start to pay for doubling Tmac and Yao when Francis is on the court at the same time

SF3 won't make an immediate impact but give him about 5 games to work off the rust. Then he'll look somewhat like the Francis of old.

Please play Steve and Aaron Brookes instead of Rafer and Mike. Steve can get to the hole, while Brooks is quick. Rafer should never play again. Mike can play after he gets his shooting touch back.

We will see what this coach really is. He is losing fan's trust fast.

i still believe. i'm not going to give up on this team until they give up on themselves. and we have too many prideful players and players who want to win to do that.

our coach right now is just not using all the talent that is given and our players are just struggling to his system more than i thought.

    but i still believe.

Actullay, I think we lost in offense for last several games. Thus, we may win Denver because their defense sucks!

We won't even win "lots" of reg season games against crappy teams. Memphis beat us. The Bobcats deserved to beat us but we were bailed out by a touch foul. Right now, we are a 30-35 win team. We are one of those crappy teams that other teams look forward to playing.

Heat players to themselves: "We haven't won a game at home. Wait, the Rockets are coming on Friday. At least we'll have one win."

Mavs to themselves: "Bye; whose next?"

At the start of the preseason all we could say is how great DM did in making an amazing, very deep team. Even though we stacked up on 4 PGs, but we said oh well maybe a team will come to us for a trade or we can just sit on them and see what happens. Now they have absolutely no trade value because everyone knows how much they suck.

    Please play steve!

    Rockets lose a nail biter.

By the way all of the losses this season are on RA.

The Nuggets are actually playing very good basketball right now. The AI Melo combo is working, Camby is blocking and rebounding and JR Smith is giving them the punch they need off the bench. I would not be sad if we lost to this team tonight because right now they are much better than us as a team and obviously have a much better coach suited for their style of play.

The only way we would be able to beat this team is not offensively but denfensively because they have 2 guys that are much better offensively than are stars right now, and we HAVE LOST THAT DEFENSIVE IDENTITY.

It is interesting that we made all these off season changes only for Alderman to start the same starting line up that lost in the 1st round of the playoff this past april. How was he going to run a different type offense with the same people who ran another type of offense excellently for the 3 years though it was not pretty to watch? How does rafer, who was overmatched at the PG position last year, had shooting woes, and could not stay infront of the elite PGs in the league, start for us again this year at PG? Some please explain to me. We drafted a PG with our first draft pick, traded for one and signed another as free agent and rafer still starts? I guess the coach thought he could teach rafer how to shoot better? What a joke!!. I guess he thought, I will take over JVGs Job and change the way his team (JVG assembled this team really) and they can run my offense. Note to RA, this is the NBA, you cannot ask players to do what they are not used to doing because its your system, these are grown men who have worked hard to have an identity to play in this league. A good coach finds the right fit to run his system, not fit good/great players to run his system. That is why it has failed. Yao is not a guy that can run and down like Amare, Divac or Valde. Dream was much quicker than Yao as well yet we still did not try to run him up and down the court and burn him out. He is a great half court guy and JVG maximized his talent.

Steve Francis' conditioning is not the issue, this coach is the problem, he is just not the right fit for this team and he has to accept it. He is a Don Nelson Type of coach, who surrounds himself with great offensive players, and could care less about Defense cause he knows that...well his team can alway score at will. Its the reason he has never won a championship and never will (Same goes for the SUNS), cause DEFENSE wins CHAMPIONSHIPS.

This the NBA. Great coach call our their players and bench them when they are not playing well. Pop did this to Parker and Manu several years when they were growing as players in this league. Look at them today. He did the same to his Duncan, with no fear. Look at him today. You can only give some many chances to players and when they dont make the best of it, YOU BENCH THEM! Rafer should have lost HIS CHANCE BY NOW.

If we have a must improve before RA is eventually (for he must be fired if we want to win a ring not just 55 - 60 Wins season like he has been known for in the past) he must do the following at least

    1. Change the starting line up.
Francis : PG - Gives us someone else that can attack the basket an finish consistently
MAC : 2G - He does not have to bring the ball up the court any more and just focus on scoring completely
Battier : SF - Can focus completely on defending the best player of the other team each night and hit the open three.
Scola: PF - Gives us another potential 20 point scorer. He has done in the past 3 out of 4 games. Remember this was FIBA and Euro MVP. This guy can be as good as Manu giving more PT. He is average about 10 boards now over the play 3 - 4 games so we dont miss chuck much. He will get better defensively especially on the pump fakes.
Ming:C: Double teams will reduces because everyone on the flow can score in their own way

    2. Trade rafer for a swing man to back up TMAC. James, Bonzi or head are not the answers. They are too erratic and streaky.

    3. Emphasize defense again. It is non existent right now.

    4. Trade for Artest for added toughness if we can get him that is.

Hopefully things turn around real soon or it will really be a LONG SEASON
